Backpack Program
Provides weekend meals that go into students’ backpacks, including 7 meals and 4 snacks for an entire weekend. This serves students in 7 of our local schools.
Bounty & Soul
To provide fresh healthy food, nutrition literacy, and wellness resources to address food insecurity in our community
Hope for Tomorrow House
Provides supportive housing for homeless mothers and their children, offering the stability, resources, and life skills needed for them to thrive. CCCM volunteers by teaching life-skill classes, providing rides to appointments, and putting on youth/children fellowship events.
Prayer Blanket Ministry
The Prayer Blanket ministry are sown by members and then made available at no charge to congregants to give to someone in need. Blankets are available on the first floor of the Henry Building and in Graham Chapel narthex on Sunday Mornings.

Swannanoa Valley Christian Ministry (SVCM) is a team of committed churches, staff, and volunteers responding to God’s call to provide vital services for our neighbors in need, including a food pantry, clothes closet, emergency relief, job training, and more.
