Our Facilities
One of our unique distinctives is being on the campus of Montreat College. As a result, many of the spaces we use are owned and managed by the college. To be good stewards of our own spaces as well as the shared, here are outlined some of the procedures for using church and college spaces.

Weddings
If you are interested in using Graham Chapel or Chapel of the Prodigal for your wedding, you must contact Montreat College. Learn more on their website by clicking the button below.

Fellowship Hall Use
The Fellowship Hall use must be approved by the college outside of our normal Wednesday evening and Sunday use. Please contact Teresa Cox (email linked below) who will work with the college to check for availability and reserving the space.
For private (non-church) use, please contact the college directly for availability and approval.

The Henry Building
The Henry Building is home to the Montreat Morning School, our Sunday morning and Wednesday evening youth and children’s ministries, and our church offices. Priority for any additional use of classrooms and meeting spaces is given to ministries of the church (e.g. prayer gatherings, committee meetings).
To reserve a room for a CCCM church-related function, please contact the Church Office. Please include the event purpose, how many people are expected, the date and hours (including set-up and clean-up), the primary contact email and phone number, as well as the specific room request (if known).
