WHERE Your KIDS CAN RECEIVE GOD’S LOVE
Not only will your children (infants-5th grade) be loved and cared for at CCCM, they will be introduced to the live-changing person of Jesus Christ. Bible lessons, songs, dances, and play are designed to go beyond moralistic instruction and get at the heart of who we are meant to be as children of the Living God.

Our Pledge to your Family
Through Baptism, God has made this child a member of Christ's covenant community, to share with us in the ministry and blessing of Jesus Christ. The family of Christ Community Church is charged to love, pray for, and assist each child to be a faithful disciple of Jesus Christ.
The congregation responds: With joy and thanksgiving, we welcome you into Christ's community. We promise to love, encourage, and pray for you, to share the good news of the gospel with you, to the end that you may confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and live as His faithful disciple.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where should I bring my child?
Our children’s ministry takes place in the Henry Building on the hill above Graham Chapel. Please walk your child (or take the elevator) up to the 2nd floor to check in. The best parking is along Geneva Place.
What is the safety protocol for my child?
Child safety is one of our highest priorities. Parents must check children in on the 2nd floor of the Henry Building and sign them out before picking them up. We strive to always have at least two adults present with groups and avoid one-on-one situations.
Who will be with my child?
Most of our Children’s Discipleship leaders are church member volunteers who have a heart for children and are part of our covenant community.
Is there a cost for the children's programs?
No. Our regular Sunday morning and Wednesday evening programming is part of the ministry of CCCM. There is no charge to families.
What will my kids be doing?
We understand that children need to engage their whole person. We sing and dance together, pray together, engage in relational group Bible teaching, and when the weather is nice, we go outside and play!
What type of curriculum is used?
We use Bible-centered, age-appropriate curriculum. Some great resources that we have found are through Great Commission Publications and Truth 78, supplemented by creative ideas sourced by our wonderful leadership team. While we may use a screen occasionally to illustrate a point, our lessons are relational and face-to-face.
What is available for me while my child is in Sunday School or participating on Wednesday evenings?
We would love to partner with families who desire to be part of a covenant community with us. On Sunday mornings during the 10:00 hour, there are a variety of Sunday School classes. The most convenient is the Parent Fellowship, which meets on the 1st Floor of the Henry Building (the same building as your children are meeting). All are welcome – no need to sign up. There are many Small Groups that meet on Wednesday evenings. If you would be interested in plugging into one of these groups, please reach out to David Taylor, our Pastor of Discipleship and Mission.
How can I get involved?
If you have a heart for children, we are always looking for teachers, helpers, and people gifted in guiding two-year-olds or holding babies. Please reach out to our Children’s Director so we can discuss how you might best serve the children of our church.
"We will tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the LORD, and His might, and the wonders that He has done. . .
so that they should set their hope in God and not forget the works of God."
