ONLINE GIVING FAQ

Giving is in the very heart of what Christ Community Church is all about. Here are some additional details for you to consider.

  • Can I schedule recurring donations?

    Yes! In fact, this is the easiest way to give if you plan on giving a consistent amount on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, etc.). You just need to set this up using your Realm giving account.

  • Will I still receive a contribution statement?

    Yes. Every time you make an online contribution, you will receive an email confirming the transaction. The church will also email or mail year-end financial contributions in January of each year to all who have given the previous calendar year.

  • What if I change banks?

    If you change banks, you will need to go into your Realm account and change your bank draft options.

  • Is online giving secure?

    Yes! Online giving is highly secure, utilizing the highest standard for payment processing and bank-level SSL encryption to protect financial data.

  • Can I still give by cash or check?

    Yes! Cash donations* are accepted on Sunday mornings during the offering. Envelopes are provided in the chairback pockets. Checks may also be placed in the offering plate or mailed to the church office: P.O. Box 279 Montreat, NC 28752. 


    *Please do not send cash in the mail.

Other Giving Options

Stock

If you are interested in giving stock or bonds to Christ Community, you can have your broker transfer shares directly to Edward Jones. Contact Teresa@cccmontreat.org for account information.

Year-End-Giving

If you’d like to make a donation for year-end tax purposes, your donation must postmarked by December 31. Stocks given prior to December 31 of that year will be included in your year-end statement.

Nurturing Our Community

Your giving equips one another to share the good news of Jesus within our church and to our neighbors as we seek to support and encourage each other no matter what season of life we find ourselves in. Additionally, once a month the Deacons collect a special offering that goes directly to the hidden needs within our church family.


Reaching People Around the World
Through your regular giving to CCCM, we support over 30 missionaries locally and around the world. They are building relationships with students, refugees, families – the individuals they interact with daily. Through them, we're sharing our faith with people all around the world.
